When did you start playing?

Started playing at the age of 13 years.

Banding/Musical experience:

BBb Bass with Coventry Festival Junior Band, moving into Coventry Festival Band (Senior Band)/Rolls Royce Coventry Band. This being under the baton of Mr Philip Cooper. Great times.

BBb Bass with Bulkington Band.

Favourite banding highlight(s):

My favourite and most cherished banding years have to be at Rolls Royce Coventry Band under the baton of Mr Philip Cooper. I had many pleasurable times and ones that I miss deeply. Banding will never be the same for me as those times were and always will be my best banding years.

I was the first female BBb Bass player in the West Midlands and had an article about me in the British Bandsman.
